An irregular positive battery spring is designed based on the product structure, not a standard shape. Compared with normal flat contacts or simple spring terminals, it is formed into special geometries so it can fit tightly into limited internal space and align precisely with the battery’s positive position.

Core Structure

Contact Head Section:It’s designed based on the product structure, not a standard shape. Compared with normal flat or simple spring contacts, this type is formed into special shapes so it can fit tightly into limited space and match the battery position exactly. 

Elastic Helical Section: This is the core area providing elasticity. After the battery is installed, it is continuously compressed; the elasticity maintains stable contact and also acts as a buffer, reducing power loss or poor contact caused by vibration. 

Irregular bending arm: multi angle bending, buckle foot, pin foot, welding foot and other irregular shapes;


The advantage of this structure is its stable elasticity; it is not easily deformed or failed even after repeated battery installation and removal.
